1 Introduction and General Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bigtak and any user of this platform ("you" or "member"). By browsing the bigtak website (bigtak.cam), creating an account, or using any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

bigtak is a safe and reliable online gaming platform for gaming enthusiasts in Bangladesh. We are committed to providing our members with a transparent, fair and enjoyable gaming environment.

2 Eligibility Requirements

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bigtak offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Specific conditions apply to the use of these bonuses.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15x (combined deposit and bonus amount).
• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Full account verification is required before receiving any bonus.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds from bonus play.
• Misuse of multiple bonuses or any fraudulent activity may result in cancellation of bonuses.
• bigtak reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• Each bonus offer has its own expiry date — expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

5 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours (typically).
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.

• If your internet connection is lost during a game, the game state saved on the server will be considered final.

• Any attempt to exploit game rules or software bugs will result in account closure.
• Betting limits are set individually for each game and may change at any time.

For cricket betting, wagering may be available on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL and other international tournaments. Betting markets and odds are subject to change.

7 VIP Program and Loyalty

The bigtak VIP program has 5 tiers. Through regular gaming activity you can move up to higher tiers and enjoy more benefits.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier assignment is at the discretion of bigtak. VIP benefits are personal and cannot be transferred to others. bigtak reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time.

8 Security and Data Protection

bigtak uses SSL encryption technology to protect your personal and financial information. Our security measures are regularly updated in line with industry standards.

• We may share information with relevant authorities where required by legal obligation.
